Warranty Policy
Our warranty policy is designed to protect customers from manufacturing defects while ensuring proper product use.
New machines come with a one-year warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions. However, this warranty is only valid if the machine is properly used and maintained according to the provided guidelines. Any damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or use in a commercial use will void the warranty.
Used machines are covered by a three-month warranty under the same conditions as new machines. They must be properly maintained and used for personal purposes only. Commercial use, improper care, or any signs of abuse will void the warranty.
Certain components and accessories are excluded from the warranty due to their natural wear and tear. These include tabletops, stands, paint, and consumable parts such as the feed dog, belt, presser foot, and plastic parts. Customers should expect these parts to wear over time and understand they are not eligible for replacement under the warranty.
The warranty here means that FORSEWING INC will provide free parts for the repair of the equipment and provide free replacement instructions. If the company deems it necessary to send it back to the company for repair, the logistics costs will be borne by the company.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes orders need to be canceled, and we strive to accommodate our customers while covering necessary processing costs.
For online orders, a cancellation will incur a 5% platform fee, which accounts for transaction and processing expenses.
For cash orders placed on-site, customers are eligible for a full refund unless the order involves customization. Customized orders require labor and specific materials, so any cancellations will be subject to a deduction to cover these incurred costs.
