Money Back Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

We are pleased to offer our Money Back Referral Program as a thank-you for recommending our industrial sewing machines to others.

Program Eligibility

  • This program is available only for machines purchased after Jan, 02, 2026, the program’s official start date.
  • Purchases made before this program began are not eligible.
  • Existing customers may participate only by making a new qualifying machine purchase after the program has started, at which time a referral code will be issued.

Program Enrollment

  • Customers who choose to participate will receive a unique referral code at the time of their qualifying machine purchase.
  • Participation begins only after the referral code is issued.
  • Each referral code is valid for twenty-four (24) months from the date of issue.

Eligibility of Referred Customers

  • Customers who are referred by another customer are also eligible to participate in this program.
  • Upon completing a qualifying machine purchase, referred customers will receive their own referral code and may participate in the program under the same terms.
  • Eligibility to participate is not affected by whether the customer who referred them is currently participating in the program or not.

Program Overview

Customers who successfully refer friends to purchase qualifying machines may receive up to a 100% refund of the machine purchase price (excluding tax and shipping), based on the number of completed referrals.

Referral & Refund Structure

Refunds are issued according to the order in which referred friends complete qualifying purchases using the referral code:

  • First referral purchase: 20% refund
  • Second referral purchase: 25% refund
  • Third referral purchase: 25% refund
  • Fourth referral purchase: 30% refund

After four qualifying referral purchases, the original customer will have received a full refund (100%) of the machine purchase price.

Referral Code Requirement

  • Referred buyers must present the referral code at the time of purchase.
  • Purchases made without a valid referral code will not qualify.
  • Each referral code is assigned to one original purchaser, applies to one machine purchase, and is non-transferable.

Qualification Requirements

  • Referred purchases must be machines of a similar level and price range to the original purchase.
  • Parts, accessories, attachments, and consumables do not qualify.
  • Each referral must be a new customer and completed as a separate transaction.

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds do not include sales tax, shipping, handling, or other fees.
  • Refunds will be issued one month after each referred purchase, provided the referred customer has not returned or canceled the machine.
  • Refunds will be paid by check or Zelle, at our discretion.

Program Time Limit

  • Each participant has twenty-four (24) months from the referral code issue date to complete the program.
  • Any unused or incomplete referral benefits expire automatically after the 24-month period.

Program Completion & Re-Enrollment

  • Once a participant has received refunds totaling 100% of the original machine purchase price, they will be automatically removed from the program for that purchase.
  • Any future qualifying machine purchases may re-enroll in the Money Back Referral Program and will receive a new referral code.

Additional Terms

  • This promotion is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • We reserve the right to interpret, modify, clarify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
